  SR. VP SALES

 The chosen candidate will be a seasoned leader within the video game industry.

 

You will guide and oversee the company's operations and expansion endeavors across the designated regions. Your key responsibilities will include spearheading growth, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring the overall success of the company within the region. Collaborating closely with business partners and stakeholders, you will lead efforts to expand business, while crafting and executing regional strategies for the markets.

 You are a dynamic sales leader with a proven track record in gaming and are ready to embrace the next challenge, leading a regional sales team within a multi-billion-dollar, high-growth fintech powerhouse in the video game industry.

 

  RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Collaborate, execute the regional business strategy aligned with business goals and objectives. Identify market opportunities, potential partnerships, and areas for growth within the gaming industry.

    • Drive business expansion efforts by identifying new markets, conducting market research, and evaluating potential business opportunities within the assigned region. Develop and execute market entry strategies to maximize the company's presence in the gaming industry.

    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including gaming companies, and industry influencers. Establish partnerships and strategic alliances to enhance the company's market position and drive business growth.

    • Build and manage a high-performing regional team. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to drive individual and team success.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow business in the region. 

    • Oversee the financial performance of the regional operations, including revenue targets, cost management, and profitability. Develop and implement financial plans, monitor budgets, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and internal policies. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to manage regulatory requirements and mitigate operational risks.

    • Generate regular reports and present performance metrics to the executive team, providing insights into regional operations, market trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities. Use data-driven analysis to make informed business decisions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A plus if:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. (An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.)

    • 10+ years of progressive experience; 5+ years in a senior leadership role, preferably as a regional director or similar position.

    • Established relationships with video game industry leaders, decision makers, existing and potential partner owners/operators.

    • Strong understanding of industry landscape and In-depth knowledge of the video game industry, including its trends, challenges, and regulatory environment.

    • Demonstrated success in driving business growth, market expansion, and strategic initiatives.

    • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

    • Proven ability to manage budgets, financial performance, and achieve targets.

    • Ability to travel up to 40%; to include multiple international trips each year

    • Experience at an organization with an entrepreneurial mindset
