We direct recruit by working with “passive” candidates who are not listed on job boards. These are candidates who are most interested in maximizing their talent by finding the next step in their successful career. We have access to these candidates and keep in touch with them on a regular basis as to opportunities that arise in their areas of expertise. These opportunities must be a strong match for both the candidate and client’s expectations.
SELECTING CANDIDATES
We are quite thorough in selecting candidates to present to clients. They are chosen because they not only meet the qualifications set by client, but those “gray areas” that you know when you see it, but just can’t put your finger on it. We meet and have extensive phone conversations with candidates to make triple sure they are going to be “on point”.
